  Drive up and go pick up Options is incredibly slow even if you pay for the four dollar flash pass or whatever they call it your guaranteed to be waiting at least an hour past quoted time and that’s the minimum could be two or three I guess depends on when they decide to fill the order

  I subscribe to the Delivery option for the Clk Albertsons. I work from home and my schedule is long days and I get 1 day off a week. It’s very nice to have my groceries delivered. I sometimes really rely on it. I have had a few instances where we were missing items being delivered. I called down to the Store each time that happened to make them aware since they use Doordash for their deliveries. Most times it’s that the drivers forgot to get it out of their car, forgot to grab the bag from store pickup, or a few bags were delivered to another house. The Doordash people then figured it out and brought the rest of our items to us. Move forward to today’s order. Bags were delivered but missing 7 items. I called down to the Store and let them know. The girl I spoke with said it would just be easier if I did a refund in the app. That is all great, but I still don’t have my items. I let them know this was not the first time and they have even told me how some past Doordashers have been horrible to work with etc. I let them know I was just ready to cancel my subscription right then and there. I had a very busy, stressful and exhausting day and this just put me over. The Store Director got on the phone and apologized and even offered to bring me my missing items! I just feel bad for the Store that they have to rely on a delivery service that has some people not really helping their customers. Then they get upset customers like me who are frustrated over the situation. I’m very thankful of this Delivery service and I’m more thankful that the Store Director (Jesse?) I think his name was. Now I can’t remember and I’m so sorry. I tried to look at the name tag from our camera and it’s too blurry. But that he personally brought my missing items to my doorstep!!! This to me means a lot and I will be keeping my Subscription now for sure! He didn’t have to do that and he took time out of his busy day to make it right! THAT is awesome Customer Service! My family and I thank you so much!

  Store is not as clean as it used to be. Went in for a lemon. Had maybe 10 in stock. All were mushy, but grabbed the most firm one. Totally brown on the inside when I cut into it. They should have just tossed them all out instead of charging almost a dollar for rotten items.
