Can someone explain how a monumental screw up like this happens. It is supposed to be double checked! Cheney McDonalds has become the worst!

Seriously, this location has the worst app service, WiFi issues, ice cream machine, limited time items, drive thru screen, etc. It is highly evident there are management, and corporate issues with this location. I’ve been resisting writing a review for far too long, but still not being able to get my shamrock shake THE ENTIRE MONTH of March was my tipping point.
