  The worst customer service bar none. The stalls are reserved for anyone but customers who choose to go to stalls. Doordash does not supersede an in-person customer; they are to be treated as if they ARE the customer, so then you block your actual customers from the service your are supposed to provide everyone. Let's not forget how often you denied customers service by saying the stalls were closed for the last 2 years I've tried and attempted to eat here. Just go to any place else. Even the new Wendy's McChicken Ripoff would be a better choice.

  Pulled up to menu intercom and when I tried to order was refused service unless I had a door dash order. Rude staff

  I pulled into the carhop space, waited for about 8-10 mins before someone asked me to pull up through the drive thru because they were short staffed, when I got to the window I asked for 2 drinks to be added to my order, the girl treated me like I asked for a kidney!! It was SUCH an inconvenience to add 2 sodas to my order. (They weren’t even a specialty drink) 🙄 I find that so ridiculously rude! Needless to say I won’t go back!

  The worst service people ever. Very rude and unhelpful. Never going to an establishment that hires this level of competency. Ridiculous for this level of business. Be better

  Super slow service and wasn't even busy. Waited at a carhop with the order buttoned pushed for over 10 mins with no response from the team. Decided to go through drive up and was just as slow. Young lady taking orders and running the window seemed like she absolutely hates her job or maybe she just hates people.y triple smash burger seemed like someone forgot the smash part of the burger. Also the meat was very chewy. Beef shouldn't be chewy
