  Once we found one of the few drive-up spaces that wasn't out of order, the person who answered said we would have to go thru the drive-thru because there were only 2 people working and they weren't providing curb service. Not impressed. We went somewhere else.

  Placed an order on the website Friday and checked in. Order was ready and brought out by a pleasant gentleman. I asked which drink was diet as there wasn't any markings (husband is diabetic) and he asked the manager as he couldn't tell. Manager looked at them and couldn't tell and told me i could figure out which was diet by tasting them. They were cherry limeade drinks. When I got home I couldn't tell which was diet so my husband had no drink. Then we looked at his double bacon cheeseburger. Couldn't see any bacon until we removed the top bun and found a few tiny slivers of bacon that hardly made a half a slice. Couldn't even taste the bacon when he ate it. Super dissatisfied with service that can't put the ingredients you paid for on a burger and have management that are unwilling to make sure you know which drink you ordered is safe for a diabetic. Won't be back.

  I don't know if it was just this Sonic or if Sonic is completely went downhill, but my burger literally looked like they threw a bun, and a patty's with cheese into the box, and then just threw everything else on top of it and didn't even assemble the burger. My drink was supposed to be half lemonade, half tea, and it literally tasted like lemon water with a splash of tea for brown coloring in the center. We asked her to swap my tea out for a regular tea and she still proceeded to give us a 1/2 and half anway. Their website says that you get up to 3 sauce packets with your meal, she never asked if we wanted them and when we reminded her at the window, they were going to charge us for them.

  Hands down the worst experience ever! Whoever just took my order needs to be fired. She was rude had an attitude the whole time and the food was cold. They need to fire everyone and get all new workers. It’s my fault for coming back because this isn’t the first time. I’ll definitely be charging back the order because it all went in the trash. And they wouldn’t refund me imagine that.

  Service absolutely sucked!!! Was on a family trip, driving back to Oregon & wanted to stop here for a chili coney. I ordered the #9 which the picture on the menu clearly shows a chili dog. I asked for no onions & I was brought a hot dog with ketchup, mustard, & relish... I pushed the button to let them know my order was wrong and they lady said "unfortunately you'll have to buy a new one. If someone says no onions we "ASSUME" you're talking about a regular hot dog" I said the picture on the menu shows a chili dog for #9 so why would you assume I want a hot dog with no onions? She responded "well we just do. My manager said you have to buy a new one if you want the correct order" I was very unpleased with this location and the disregard to their "assumptions". I lost money to them since I didn't eat that hot dog and didn't want to argue getting my money back. I de-escalated the situation and left very upset.
