  Drive through. Fixated on me needing to use the phone app to order (I dont have it). Couldn't get my order right after three attempts. A meal Deal, that's all I ordered, nothing special. The snotty girl added multiple milkshakes, Dr Peppers, all kinds of random crap. When I asked her to remove the items I didn't order she became increasingly bratty, condescending, nasty, and snarky. I think she's too dumb and could hear another order and kept adding items to mine. She was a bratty monster and refused to correct it so I left. I came here multiple times a month for lunch. I will never be back.

  Came in to get soft serve an got a half full thing of icecream and when giving the cone the person set it on the counter instead of handing it over. Bottom of cone set on counter that im sure doesn't get wiped down often. Spent 8$ for 3$ worth of ice-cream if that.

  Whoever that woman with the braided hair that was assigned to drive thru was so rude and not only gas lighted me into thinking that I asked for no Boba when I paid for extra on the mobile app but she also have a horrible attitude and service and refused to fix the problem and gave me a almost half empty drink that looked like she drank out of it. And the food is always cold when I come here I want a refund for the problem she caused. 😡

  The counter was a young man and he prepared my Aunt a Coffee ☕ I was impressed 👍 usually they just hand you the STUFF for you to do it 😉💖

  I have come to this McDonald’s many times and I feel like they are getting more stingy and stingy. I paid almost 5 dollars for these fries and this is what they gave me for a large fry. Why is only half the box full?
