- JJJosephJul 28, 20265.0During our road trip through WA, we stopped here to pick up some groceries for our Airbnb. There was ample parking outside. Inside, the store was clean and well-organized. We especially thought the sushi station/area was well kept, something we look for when buying sushi in a grocery store. We love how the sushi are freshly made in the Safeway stores here compared back home... in our experience anyway. Tip for Canadian visitors. Since Safeway is owned by a different company in Canada than in the US, they use a different rewards card in the US. However, you can easily sign up by just punching in your phone number (which we did in a different WA city) to receive the member price. They also had sturdy plastic bags at 12 cents each if you need them. We used the self-check out.
