  They are not honoring the prices of the throwback menu commercials. So dumb. Advertising a price nationwide and be one of the crappy businesses that doesn't honor the national promotion. What a disgrace. Moves like this are why I would rather go to dominos. I was ready to give pizza hit another shot, see if they actually were making pizza like they used to, but they lost that business quickly.

  After I made my order in the store, she said it’d be 15-20 mins, and as I turned to leave…the lady turned to the cook and said “there’s no rush on that one!” 🤷🏻‍♀️What’s that even mean?! It felt about 20° in there and I had to go back outside just to stay warm. I ordered a simple personal pan pizza and some bread sticks. I got my pizza it had a whopping 4 pepperoni’s on it, and the bottom of it was barely cooked, the bread still is were as flat as a pancake, like they maybe didn’t proof the dough?! The pizza was tasteless and kinda doughy, the bread sticks had a lot of salt and were not the bread sticks is I remember Pizza Hut making. When I was a little kid, I used to do the book-it program, and I would read so many books just to get my personal pan pizza every week, it was my favorite thing as a kid! I don’t think I would recommend any kid eat their personal pan pizza! 🍕 I don’t think I’d go back either!

  Our recent visit to this establishment occurred during our return journey from an 850-mile trip, at which point we were both fatigued and in need of sustenance. Upon our arrival, we observed that the restaurant maintained a high standard of cleanliness. During our time there, it appeared that only one individual was managing the front-of-house operations, and this employee demonstrated exceptional diligence. He exhibited a consistently courteous demeanor and delivered outstanding, professional service. Furthermore, his appearance was impeccably neat, and he was both polite and helpful. While I believe his name was Greg, the name displayed on his hat seemed to be "Pepper." Regardless of his exact name, his performance was exemplary. My husband and I each ordered a personal pan pizza and shared a portion of traditional Cajun wings. All of the food items were exceptionally flavorful. I wholeheartedly endorse this dining establishment.

  It's been a long time since I've eaten at a Pizza Hut because we don't have one where I live. This was a great experience. The restaurant was clean including the bathroom. Our server, Greg, was friendly and attentive. The pizza was delicious. Just like I remember as a kid.
