  It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review and I believe this is my second time ever doing so. But the staff here was so ridiculously disrespectful and unprofessional, I feel like it needs to be said. They messed up our orders, after explaining it 5 times. Which happens, I honestly don’t fault them for that. But then the entire staff joined in to proceed to tell me that we were wrong. With an extremely condescending attitude right out of the gate. They even began to raise their voices at us. We ordered two turkey sandwich meals, nothing complicated and we were as pleasant as one can be, before having to stand up for ourselves out of principle. And they acted like they could do whatever they wanted without repercussions. Maybe they can here, I don’t know. It sure seems like it. I love Jimmy John’s too, so it legitimately bums me out to have this kind of behavior in my neighborhood location. I used to frequent this location and never had any issues till now and I didn’t recognize any of these workers. Maybe it’s all just new hires But I know now why their lines are always so small. I’ll make sure my family and friends know that they’re a horrible location as well

  I do not know what is wrong with the team today but it took reiterating our order 3 times in the drive through to get the window and twice our order being wrong before finally figuring it out. Which required me going inside to try and explain for a 4th time what I had ordered just to have them blame me for the order being wrong. I ordered a simple club lulu meal it shouldnt be rocket science. Worst service, used to come regularly, will never be back.

  It was $42 for 2 sandwiches, just the sandwiches and they were okay ish. The turkey was fresh but the lady asks if cheese was okay, I said yes and she charged me 3 dollars for some thin white cheese- I asked if they had zero calorie pop and she added diet coke to my order... I didn't ask for pop. I'm so sick of this kind of crap. I feel robbed.
