In short, subs were well made, but the service sucked.
I ordered three subs to go and the total was $37 including tax. Employee simply slid the three subs across the counter. I said, "may I please have a bag". Employee's answer was the open a bag and hand it to me, with the subs sitting right there. Any half-decent employee would have put the subs in the bag and then handed the bag to me. Very poor service.

Placed an order around noonish for a sandwich box. They called us to let us know they were low on bread and wouldn’t have any ready for a bout 20 min. We said that was okay and told them we could even pick up at 2:30 to which they agreed would be better for them! Then called us at 2 said they had a rush and couldn’t do our order at all? Ridiculous.

We ordered online pick up tonight. Went in there were a few customers in the lobby. No one greeted me or even said hello. I watch a man and what a presume was his daughter get there order. I went to the pick up and inquired about my mobile order. The lady confirmed with another gentleman that it was being worked on. I then watched 3 more customers order and receive their food. The lobby is now clear. I start to walk to the counter and watch all 4 employees head to the rear of the kitchen. Finally the employee that had confirmed they had my order walks back up front after a couple minutes and ask if I had a mobile order. I again said yes then he just hands me the bag and says here you go. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences. I have worked 17 yrs in customer facing customer
service jobs. I usually tend to cut people slack because the work is mentally draining but this is the worst from start to finish. Do better

This is the third time I have ordered from THIS Jimmy John's that they have called me at pickup time, while en-route to pick up, to let me know they didn't have enough bread to make 6 friggin' sandwiches!!! The excuse, they had multiple pre-orders days before and they needed to fill those orders. I understand that you have other orders, but for goodness sake, you make sandwiches, be prepared if you know you have pre orders, shouldn't you have enough bread to do that??? Besides, it's frozen bread...thaw some bread out. I will not be ordering form this Jimmy John's again. The sandwiches are good, the price is too high and service, nonexistent!!! I have ordered from a lot of restaurants and many other Jimmy John's, but this one is a trainwreck for service. The manager was not helpful and kind of dismissive, just short of rude. If you need to order 6 sandwiches on a Saturday, better order a week ahead!
