You guys advertise yourselves as freaky fast yet you are instead freaky slow. When even Subway is faster than Jimmy John's we got problems, you guys are supposed to be built on speed and delivery, but it seems you're built on snail. I for one won't be coming back to this location because my time is valuable, and I will start going to subway instead.

It takes a good 10-30 minutes to get past weird glitches (like telling me my phone number is invalid but there's nowhere to put my number, so I started over and ran into the same issue. FINALLY, a section popped up where I could include my phone number). Other than that, the food is good and service good.

Employee simply slid the three subs across the counter. I said, "may I please have a bag". Employee's answer was the open a bag and hand it to me, with the subs sitting right there. Any half-decent employee would have put the subs in the bag and then handed the bag to me. Very poor service.
