I came to get my birthday drink and order my kids drinks before school. I was trying to explain to the barista that I was going to place the order through the app (NOT adding money to the app JUST paying through the app) since I forgot my husbands card so had to enter it manually. While ordering and also trying to explain this I got dirty looks- and the barista treating me as if I was just an inconvenience and annoying them. I am a barista myself and was not trying to be an inconvenience… just wanted to start off my birthday with my birthday drink. I left feeling sad- and won’t be back. The looks and the way I was talked to made me feel so unwelcome and off. I really hope no one else goes on their birthday and gets treated the way I was. I usually stop at this location in the mornings after school drop off, but after today I will gladly choose a different coffee stand from now on.

Service was pretty quick, it's definitely changed since first opening. Employees just focus and concentrate, they didn't really interact with us like they use to. Drinks were what we asked for and good

I ordered a drink that was nothing like it usually is I don’t know what changed or why, but it made my coffee not taste very good.
