Everyone was friendly, patient with our children, and informative when talking about the cooking process. Chipotle is our favorite travel food, and this was by far the best experience we have ever encountered.

The kitchen area has been very dirty every time. I got there to pick up my order, which wasn't ready, so I sat to wait. 2 employees were just standing around goofing off and on their phone. In my opinion there is no excuse for that when there is food all over the counter and just a general mess. Then the manager came and asked them to get to work and she got flack back from one employee. Then the manager asked if I was waiting for an order and she got it and gave it to me, sort of proving to the employees that they weren't doing their job. This store needs more training. To top it off, after waiting past my pickup time they forgot the guacamole on my burrito bowl! The food is great, but this was not the whole Chipotle experience that I'm used to.
- BGBrandon GatlinJun 3, 20261.0As someone who does DoorDashing this places customer service is absolutely not acceptable. Food gets made but they keep it behind the counter so you have to hound the cashier for your order. I haven't ate here but based off my experience I plan on never eating here.
