  Food portion is incredibly small compared to other Chipotle. Rice is all stuck together. Meat i had (chicken) is super salty. Service and atmosphere is awesome but the food is not up to par.

  Mobile ordered threw the app waited about 15 mins for the the food to be done the app confirmed the food was ready I went inside and stood for 15 minutes wondering where to pick up food took about 30 minutes after it was confirmed done the girl working was rude and acted like I was trying to steal food I can’t make this up

  The food is good quality, but the portions are very small. Additionally, there is ALWAYS something left out of my order that I have to go back and ask for. Out of my last three to-go orders my chips have been forgotten twice, my drink once, and utensils/napkins forgotten once. I love chipotle’s, but if you order here double-check your to-go order before you leave!

  Such a shame with how little food they give you at this location. The Hispanic girl serving me put a see-through amount of rice on the bottom of my bowl and then acted surprised when I wanted a little bit more. And then she shook the scoop of chicken so half of it came off. What happened to good old chipotle?

  I’ve been coming to Chipotle for years and I’ve always asked for cilantro and when I asked the lady said no she couldn’t it was against the rules. I was amazed it was a rule? When I explained every chipotle ive ever been to has never had a problem with giving me a little cilantro. She said since they are newly opened she couldn’t it was against the rules. Well looks like I’ll be taking my business to Tumwater chipotle. Customer service goes along way and she shouldn’t be in customer service!
