Probably one of the most disturbing chipotles I’ve been to, regarding sanitary standards. The floor is littered with debris and food. As they were making my burrito, the burrito wasn’t even completely covered in tinfoil and was sliding on the counter, touching everything. All containers are contaminated with other ingredients - hot sauce in the lettuce, onions mixed with the chicken.

Well maintained chipotle. The portions are small - they don't add enough protein till you keep asking them. There is outdoor seating on the backside The restrooms were clean.

First time I’ve had an actually disappointing chipotle burrito. I had to take out and continue my drive for work, so I didn’t start eating until I left the chipotle, otherwise I would have gone back and asked for a redo. The first bite was shockingly salty, I’m not sure if it was the fajita veggies or what. The tortilla had tough spots. The guacamole tasted like it was made from unripe avocado, it was tough and bland. I also was not offered a chance to input my Chipotle rewards and I was not offered a receipt. Really terrible for a chipotle.

I have come to this location a few times and I like the food but today was not a great experience. Since I’ve ordered very similar meals each time, I know the pricing and my order for 3 tacos with a spoon of guac on each came out to almost $23. I ordered 2 chicken tacos and one steak, so they rang up each taco separately and then charged me for a full order of guac for each taco ($9!!!! In guac… when I only recieved one orders worth which equates to about $3) I essentially was overcharged by $6 and not only did I not ask for or want 3 orders of guac, I also was not given this. They charged me for something they did not give me and the excuse is that “since you got two types of meat it’s our policy to ring them up separately and I had to add guac to each taco sorry this is the way we have to ring it up” I spoke with the manager and this was the exact same response. Fully aware that I was overcharged by $6 and not given what was paid for but nothing she can do as that’s “how we have to ring it up.” I asked if I ordered 3 of the exact same tacos and with guac, would I have been charged for guac 3 times and she told me no. She also started to say “I know all of the extra charges get expensive”… no that’s actually besides the point. The price is the price. To me, it’s completely unethical to charge a customer for something they did not ask for and also to charge for something they did not actually receive. It’s not up to the customer to predict how to order in order to avoid being completely overcharged when it’s being rang up in the register. Here is a copy of my receipt where you can see I also ordered a free drink from my points. I have already submitted this same review to your website. Please contact me with follow up. Thank you
