The vegan burger is amazing. Their veggie patty has so much flavor and the texture is nearly identical to beef. Their veggie patty service was swift and we enjoyed everything we got. I highly recommend trying the Marion-berry milkshake. They offer a vegan version for every shake/sundae flavor!

Bring back the halibut and the old tartar sauce. We realize that the cost of supplies and labor have risen, please don't reduce the quality to cut costs.

listen, burgerville is good. but the price and weird foced tipping is a bit too much. love the regional seasonal specials and grass fes beef but over 5 dollars for an 1/8 lb original cheeseburger that i remember being 2 dollars before 2020 is just pushi g it too far. 80 bucks for 4 people may juat be too much.

    ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the Food — ⭐ for the Customer Service Our first-ever visit to Burgerville was for a very special occasion: we took our grandson there for his birthday. The food? **Actually really good.** Fresh, tasty, and absolutely deserving of praise. Unfortunately, our introduction to Burgerville also came with an unexpected side dish: **the manager on duty.** And folks… this woman was serving up **condescension with a side of attitude and absolutely zero seasoning of kindness.** We had never been to Burgerville before. Shocking, I know. Apparently, not being born with an encyclopedic knowledge of Burgerville's menu, portion sizes, ordering procedures, and sacred fast-food traditions was a personal failing worthy of public correction. Every question we asked was met with an attitude that seemed to say, *“How dare you enter this establishment without already knowing everything I know.”* The tone was so unnecessarily rude and condescending that at one point I genuinely wondered if we had accidentally wandered into a graduate-level examination for which we had failed to study. “Excuse me, we've never been here before” apparently translates to “Please treat us like we're complete idiots.” And she did. **Consistently. Thoroughly. With commitment.** Every interaction had the warmth of a parking ticket. Normally, I would have had plenty to say in the moment. Believe me, the material was there. 😂 But it was our grandson's birthday, and I wasn't about to let someone's spectacularly bad attitude hijack his day. So I smiled, swallowed my commentary, and let the woman continue her one-person masterclass in how **not** to make first-time customers feel welcome. Which is unfortunate, because the food was good enough that I would have happily come back. But here's the problem: **people remember how you make them feel.** You can have great food, but if the person representing your business makes customers feel stupid for asking perfectly reasonable questions, eventually they're going to take their appetite—and their money—somewhere else. So, Burgerville, please give your kitchen staff a standing ovation because they did their job beautifully. As for the manager on duty? She has clearly mastered the art of making customers feel like they have interrupted her by existing. **Congratulations. That's a talent.** We won't be returning, which is a shame because we actually liked the food. Five stars for the meal. One star for the experience. And somewhere in between is the unfortunate reality that **great burgers cannot compensate for being treated like you're an idiot for not knowing the rules to a restaurant you've never visited before.** Maybe put a little kindness on the menu next time. It appears to be the one thing they were completely out of stock on.

Grateful to have a fast food vegan option! Tasty purplish patty and bun, though I personally couldn’t get the plant based cheese because it was too spicy for me & the toddler, so I wish they had a mild version. I added bbq sauce though! The fries were perfect and the coconut bliss milkshake really hit the spot, even having the non dairy whip on top! Very diner feel to it, and though it was busy, felt like we could easily find seating. The staff wasn’t very knowledgeable about what was vegan or not (regarding cheese or sauces) and had to ask a couple people to confirm.
