  Stop here all the time on our way back from the Seattle area, always good, until tonight. Might have been a one off, will update the next go around.

  Biggest issue is paying over $14 for a regular sized roast beef sandwich with a medium fried and medium fountain drink, which was 85% ice. That is what shocked me the most. I was expecting like maybe $7-$8 at the very most. This isnt exactly fine dining. Then they have the audacity to make me pull up while they wait on hot fries despite the fact that there is absolutely no one else behind me or in the line at all.

  Arby's has discovered the way to lure me in.... And I wish other places would take note. What do they do? They offer me a very good discount on their app. Why? Because they know I'll use it. AND they know I'll order more. AND they know I'll frequently come back if they keep adding different deals to choose from. Plus the fact that I can pay in the app and have my order ready when I get there is priceless to me....I don't have to deal with a bored cashier, an annoyed manager, or a harried mother in line trying to corral her misbehaving child. No, I can choose to pick it up at the counter or go through the drive thru. And that's the kind of convenience and value that brings me back again and again.

  Its fast food. The food was (I'm pretty sure) made to order so it took a few minutes but was hot. I ordered the 3 piece chicken strips meal and that was a mistake. While hot, they are terrible quality. TONS of hard flavorless breadding. The curly fries were, per usual, the high point of an Arby's meal. The lobby was clean and the bathrooms were mid. The sauce dispenser was empty of Arby's sauce (how could they!?) so I got to squeeze the coveted sauce out of little packets lol.
