- MAMathea AspelundApr 15, 20261.0We came to teacher night for gause and im so upset. Normally we love dairy queen and I never ever leave complaints anywhere I go. But when I showed the staff my kids could not eat their cupcake ice creams because they were rock hard I was told we know im sorry but after 20 minutes they are completely frozen. I put 3 full cupcakes in the trash after sitting for 30 plus minutes in our seats they were still rock hard. One was so rock hard when trying to be eaten by my son it flew out of his hands and on to the floor. You could have offered my kids cones or something else as im showing you they were TOO HARD TO EVEN SCOOP. If you have kids you understand I now have 3 of the 4 crying in the car cause we came for ice cream that's now in the trash.

But more often than not it's medium quality and far worse sparingly. Are you feeling lucky?. The prices are outrageously expensive for what it is, if only the quality matched the price
