- LRLandon Rady2 days ago1.0This is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. They are constantly behind on mobile orders even when not busy. This is the messiest location I have ever seen and the food is not up to Chipotle standards- I even received guacamole that had 0 salt it in. Very noticeable. From day 1 this Chipotle has been so far behind every other location I’ve been to. I would not go to this location. Sadly I have been many times because it was closer but I am now driving 10 minutes further to go a more “normal” location.

- WWWandering WhispersAug 11, 20261.0I’ve been here twice, pick up orders, and both times was horrible. The first time the fajita veggies were burnt and half the tortilla was missing. The second time the tortilla was very badly burnt, they made it excessively sloppy, and they didn’t tell me at pick up that there was no salsa. So instead of enjoying the nice meal I thought I was about to have, I ended up with only part of the food I paid for, super burnt, and made like they had a misbehaving toddler in the kitchen. I’d give negative stars if possible.

I've had both good and bad experiences, but unfortunately, the bad far outweighed the good which made me realize they do not want to improve at all. I go to 3 other locations around Vancouver and the service there is amazing, unlike here. Nothing against the workers if they're just poorly managed. They need to be taught how to work efficiently as a TEAM.
