We tried to give this new location the benefit of the doubt since it’s new and have gone 5-6 times. However every time has been a terrible experience. They’re consistently late with orders, so we try to compensate by making our pickup time 10-15 minutes before we actually plan on picking it up but even that doesn’t work. They’ve gotten our order wrong at least half of the time. One time our order was behind the counter and the employees yelled at my husband for trying to ask for it. Tonight they marked our order as complete in the app, but in reality the chipotle honey chicken was still cooking. After waiting 15-20 minutes and it still wasn’t done we ended up leaving with steak instead. Don’t even bother with this location - go to literally any other Chipotle.

This chipotle is terrible. I’ve came in about three times since there opening, and each time I’ve been disappointed. The food is NEVER ready. Everytime I have came someone has had to wait for something to be refilled, whether there is no guac or no chicken I have ran into empty containers every time I have came. Last time I came a young man had waited 20 minutes for his bowl to be finished because he had to wait for the chicken to be ready. The employees are the worst part of this establishment. Rude, unprofessional, and not inviting. When ordering the employee had heard the customer wrong, the customer repeated to them what they wanted , the employee laughed and talked about the customer to their coworker. The employees stare and do not make you feel welcomed. The man at the cash register was so quiet and we couldn’t hear anything he was saying. The bathrooms are disgusting as well.
I have gave this location the benefit of the doubt numerous times because I realize that they are a new building, but I will no longer consider stepping foot into this establishment. I hope they can improve!

Even though this is a newer Chipotle, going in you would never guess. It’s consistently dirty, from tables, to the self serve areas and even the food stations. While some of the staff is friendly and courteous, others seem uninterested, disengaged and lacking of common sense.
During my most recent experience, I tried to use a promotional code via the app, the cashier did her best to get the code to work, but had no success. She called over her manager, who told her to try a different way, but again no success. After the failed attempt the cashier was apologetic, but the manager was dismissive and offered no alternative solution.
I dont expect much from Chipotle nowadays, but even with low expectations, this location came up really short.

DO NOT COME HERE. I almost never write reviews, but this location was unacceptable. The staff completely ignored me at the counter even after I said ‘hello’ and ‘excuse me’ multiple times. When someone finally came over, and then questioned me about what my ‘issue’ was and why I asked for a manager. All I was trying to do was place an order - i didn’t ask for a manager.
This is a clear failure of basic customer service and management. No one should be treated this way. Save your time and go to the Chipotle on 164th instead—this place seriously needs new management.

My wife asked for a burrito and specifically said to make it half the size. Pretty simple concept, just use half the ingredients. Apparently that was too complicated, because they ignored her completely. I ordered a salad, and no one even bothered to ask about dressing—so naturally, no dressing showed up either.
While I’m still adding ingredients to my salad, I overhear the cashier talking to my wife. She asks for chips and salsa.
Employee: "What kind of salsa" (fair question)
Wife: I don't know, what kind do you have?
Employee: “I don’t know, they’re over there,” and points to where they are.
Seriously? You work there and can’t name basic options like hot, medium, or pico?
At that point, my wife’s just over it, doesn’t respond, and we end up with just chips. Then I ask for a side of their cilantro ranch or whatever it is—since, again, no one thought to offer dressing—and suddenly that’s an extra charge. Of course it is.
To top it off, they rang us up before my order was even finished, then asked if we wanted anything else after the fact. What kind of backwards, clueless assembly line is this? So Paid for my dressing after, and left.
The whole experience was sloppy, disorganized, and honestly just irritating from start to finish.
As far as trying to make an excuse, they were not busy at all, and the ingredients looked like it was hit by a hurricane. A manager should be fired, and someone should be managing.
Quick edit...You know how food goes in the bag first? Yea, they put the receipt in the bag at the bottom. I'm so lost for words.
