The picture showed cheese so I said cheese burger. I had already told him that I had the coupons. I assumed (first mistake) that he would know what coupons they are offering. I also ordered fries and a drink. waited about 5 min and (second mistake) did not check the order before driving away. I live an hour away so imagine my surprise when I get home and have 3 plain old cheese burgers in the bag. At first I was like, wow, this is nothing like the picture on the coupon, but then my son-in-law, who had just used the same coupons earlier, said his burgers did look like the ones in the coupons. Sad that I brought home sorry looking burgers but the people at the window were nice enough. Although, when they saw the coupons I feel they should have known what burgers I was supposed to get and made that adjustment. The burgers were ok, just not what I was expecting....

And as old as I know the building is, it doesn't look it. Well maintained & kept clean. It's a Camas institution by now.

Listen I should not have to double check that they are handing me my order… for the price of the meal that I payed. And how much this franchise pays its employees to maybe be a bit more aware of the orders they are handing out. This is very frustrating. Being busy would be a good excuse, 3 customers inside and can’t keep track. Can’t say I will be going to this location anytime soon.
