- EEElizabethMay 4, 20261.0I got there at 2:45 pulling into the drive-thru and did not get my food until 3:20 p.m. they asked me at 3:05 to pull forward into the drive-thru spot and all the cars next to me had already gotten their food brought out to them so at 3:19 I went inside and asked where my food was and it just been sitting there getting cold and no one bothered to bring it out. Thankfully they gave me fresh fries because that was the least that they could do but if you're going to ask people to pull forward maybe don't forget about them for 10 minutes consistently. Anytime I know I'm being asked to pull for it I'm not going to get my food for another 10 minutes at least.
- WLwill leowApr 26, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed in McDonald's not just this particular location but all restaurants for McDonald's in general first off the customer service is horrible the employees are not friendly in the slightest I've seen more chear in graveyard than in this restaurant, and another thing the breakfast menu is supposed to change at 10:30am no exceptions and I don't care for the callous disrespect that my mom and I get whenever we step into a McDonald's restaurant it was better when I was a kid not anymore these days
