  Amazing coffee, you could taste the love they put in it, customer service was great they were extremely friendly and also fast and efficient. They even suggested the donut holes which were delicious. I went on a Friday morning and my favorite girl Shawna and another cute and friendly girl with her were top tier. Best baristas in town

  Came through this morning, was waiting behind a car and the car on the other side pulled off so we pulled around to go to the open window, when we pulled up the barista asked the person in the car “did they pull around” then went on to talk about how impatient people were while we were sitting at the window. Coffees were good but the customer service was not.

  Coffee is pretty good, plenty hot. People seem friendly, but it is slooooooow service. Was in the drive-thru line for 8 minutes behind one car yesterday and was at the window 7 minutes today for a single drink. I think they're training, which I get, but if I get in a one car line at 11:40, I don't ever expect to be late to work across the street at noon. And a $.50 credit card fee for one drink is a bit steep when the merchant fee is likely 3%.

  I order a coffee every morning to be delivered by uber eats ,the last 2 months uber eats is making me show ID for my coffee and taking a picture of it.ive complained several times but the keep saying Dietrich is a alcohol establishment I keep telling them (uber eats) that it's a coffee stand! What can I do?

  My sister gets coffee from here daily and has been for years. Super friendly employees and great coffee. However, she has been having a problem with Uber Eats when they deliver her coffee. She is disabled and orders out , and every time she has to go to the door for her coffee she has to show ID. The drivers are perplexed as well as herself. She doesn’t want her ID out there like that. They have to take a pic of her ID every time. She has been complaining to Uber and the response? Well, I attached a pic. Is anyone else having this issue? It’s been going on for a couple months. She never had to show her ID before.
