The cashier informed us the discounts won't work unless she clicks the discounts on the app on her (nonexistance) smart phone. He suggested my mom goes to the library to use their computer to get the discounts. However, he did say he would give the discount, just this once! Next time she would have to use the app! This is the most ageism practice I've seen! Safeway, Do better!!
