    The food is just what you expect, good McDonald's featuring a lot of chicken and my favorite double quarter pounder with cheese. Sometimes it goes home cold

    If I could give this place zero stars , I would. Ordered s big Mac they forgot to put the sauce on it. And we ordered a 10 piece they forgot it completely. So when we went to go in they told us to go thru the drive thru again. We were almost an hour late to an appointment. Gave us over cooked pies to say sorry.

    I visited the drive-through on June 10, 2026, and ordered a Big Mac meal along with a 10-piece McNuggets. After receiving my order, I drove all the way home. It wasn’t until I had already started eating my fries that I realized the nuggets were missing from the bag. Since I had already made it home, I drove back to the restaurant to explain the situation. Unfortunately, the issue still wasn’t resolved and I never received the nuggets I paid for. At that point, I didn’t feel like arguing or going back and forth with employees, so I decided to leave. I’m disappointed that I paid for an item I never received

    Today I visited this McDonald’s and had an uncomfortable experience in the drive-thru. The cashier, who was in training, was simply doing her job and learning. However, the supervisor walked in yelling at her her very aggressively and humiliated her in front of us, saying she was not authorized to take payments and should only be taking orders, ending it with the phrase, “Did you understand me?” Meanwhile, another employee stepped in to finish taking our payment and apologizing. As a customer and an employer, this was unprofessional and created a very uncomfortable situation for everyone, including myself as a customer and her as an employee. I don’t have the supervisor’s name, but she was working the afternoon shift. I hope training and employee treatment can be improved!
