  Was about to order here, but when I selected the store on the app all the menu item prices increased by $3 each. Why is this location more expensive than others??

  I got really sick after eating here.. not cool at all and my husband did as well. We were told it was good poison and that is all we are on the 24 hr period

  Sandwich was messy meat and cheese outside the Sandwich fries partially cooked bad lunch for me

  Food was a little off, having been to other locations, but wasn't terrible. Service was alright but some communication issues to start.

  I’ve visited this Arby’s several times in the past and have never had a bad experience, so unfortunately tonight was especially disappointing. I sat in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes before finally getting to the ordering speaker. When the employee spoke, she was barely audible, and I had to ask her to repeat herself because I genuinely couldn’t understand what she was saying. Unfortunately, her response came across as rude and unnecessarily awkward, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. At that point, I decided to leave the drive-thru without ordering. I’ve always had good experiences here when I’ve come around lunchtime, so I was surprised by how different the service was tonight at around 7:30 PM. I understand that employees can have difficult or stressful shifts, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Hopefully management can look into what happened, because this was not the experience I’ve come to expect from this location. I hope my next visit—if I return—is a much better experience.
