  I have been going to this safeway for over a decade. Now I am never ever going back to this safeway again. I went to go buy a amazon card. So you cant grap one anymore so you have to go up to customer service and ask for a amazon card. This was my mistake for trusting a place I have been shopping over a decade. So I asked for $100.00 gift card for my girlfriends birthday. The girl took my money and rang it up and handed me a gift card wrapped up in the receipt. I was in a hurry cause I had to go to work. So I placed it in her birthday bag with the other presents I got for her. The next day was her birthday she opened up her bag and pulled out the card and to my suprise it was a a apple card. I was so disappointed. I had put my tust in this company and they gave me the wrong card. So I immediately called safeway in Bremerton off of Hwy. 303. I asked for customer service. I politely asked if they could exchange the card cause there employee gave me the wrong one. She politely gave me the number I could call to get the problem fixed. I called that number only to be told to call this number. I was transferred over and over for the next two days. The last person I talked to said go back to safeway and they should fix the problem. So I ended up wasting my time going back to get told that there is nothing they can do cause the card was already activated. Remind you, it is there employee who took my money and gave me the wrong card after I told her I wanted the $100.00 amazon gift card. So I left and went home and called the safeway to talk to the manager. He said there is nothing they can do because of there policy's. I understand that, but it was your employee who took my hard earned money and gave me the wrong card for my girlfriends birthday. So needless to say I am now now stuck with a $100.00 apple card I cant use cause I dont own anything apple or have apple apps. So if your going to purchase anything from this store make sure to look at it twice to make sure you have the right things cause there employees and mangement will not help you. Especially if the product is going through there hands. I am never supporting this store again and I am going to spread the word. I learned a hard lesson unfortunately. Hopefully this complaint helps somebody.

  Don't depend on the pharmacy to be open on time. Multiple times I have been there and they are 10 to 30min late to get going.

  I felt horrible today in your store. I was just in there using self check out, when my tap to pay would not work. I told the nice lady working I need to go to my car to get my card. She looked at me with disgust and walked away. I didn't pay any mind to it. I go to my car come back in , mind it's been maybe 3 min. And she's gone my groceries are gone. I asked the new lady what was goin on she said the other girl went to put groceries back for a lady who couldn't afford it. I'm so sorry my appearance isn't tolerable for you. I just wanted to buy dinner and come home after a long day at work. Instead I get treated like vagrant and now I don't know if I want to come back to your store. I'm sorry but your employees are disrespectful on every way. I don't des3rve to b treated like a homeless person. I hope this will help in the future so your employees can better help people instead of hurting them.
