  Severely underrated! Had Spicy East Coast Italian and even though it was pricy, you get what you pay for. It was delicious and had a great boost of energy for the rest of the long day. They had ingredients that were fresher than you’d find in some grocery stores too! Hope they never change

  I generally live jimmy johns. I enjoy the food. But I will not be returning to this particular store. I have given many chances. The last 5-6 times I have ordered the delivery takes forever. I keep getting told they are understaffed so I have tried to be understanding of that and keep going back. My lastest order was today. I ordered my lunch. Was texted them min. Later it was on its way. 40 min after that. I called them. The person who answered the phone sounded like she had an attitude. She didn't say her name or the name of the place. When I told her when I ordered and about the text I got all she said was ok. In the background I heard one of her coworkers grabbing the phone from her and he said oh sorry we are understaffed. Your sandwich is just now leaving. So they lied 40 min prior when I got the text saying it was on it way. Again I love the food. But something is wrong when I am constantly having to wait more then an hour for it

  I'm a big fan and they've been really good to me. Customer service is awesome and Steve, the driver is the best. He takes good care of me and I appreciate that. However, I got a ham and cheese toasted sandwich a couple weeks ago and I was sick for 24 hours. I don't know if it was the sandwich but that is all I had eaten that day so heads up. Other than that, no complaints. Every other sandwich has been spot on. Highly recommend 🙂
