  I am a regular Jimmy John's customer. I just recently moved to this area and had the worst experience I've ever had with Jimmy John's. The staff were extremely unprofessional, they unplug their phones when they get too busy, your food sits there for over an hour and tastes soggy by the time you get it. That's not how Jimmy John's are supposed to be ran, I have always gotten my food within 15 minutes and have friends who have worked for the company that were appalled when I told them about this experience.

  A delicious dining experience until one of the passersby closed the top of the dumpster. I was stuck for hours, but I emerged engorged and happy.

  Was the worst sandwich I have ever had from Jimmy Johns, the employee didnt smile at all. Told me to have a great day but probably didnt mean it.

  Staff was not great. Sandwiches tasted like day old bread. Will not be going again for some time

  Placed an online order for 4 sandwiches. I understand mistakes are made, we are all human. But every sandwich has something wrong with it. I requested the sandwiches be cut in half, 2/4 were. 2/4 of the sandwiches said no tomato, there was tomato on all 4. One said no cheese, still had cheese. One sandwich was supposed to have cheese added at an additional charge. I was charged and no cheese added. The one sandwich I requested be toasted, was not toasted.
