- BBBrandon Booth3 days ago2.0Absolutely mismanaged beyond comprehension. Orders come out into the drive through and mobile through wildly out of order, 45 minutes in line is fast here. Employees standing around with nothing to do, lines not moving, Either the management is incompetent or the IT systems are broken. There’s not a reality where Chick-fil-A is worth this amount of waiting to pick up a mobile through. But, here’s the catch, you can’t leave. You’re trapped in line.
- RDRoland Deschain4 days ago2.0PLACE IS A ABSOLUTE MADHOUSE! The definition of communication breakdown. the system as of writing that they have to pick up mobile orders needs a serious revamp. Your name will appear on the screen saying your order is ready and then it'll disappear and the only way you'll get your food is if you go towards the front and get a hold of a worker's attention and then they'll go and grab a bag that's been sitting there on the counter for about 20 minutes. And God forbid if you order a shake. Food is alright chicken is a little too sweet .

I got the Sweet & Spicy Sriracha sauce, if you like that kind of sauce then you have to try it. Its really good. Surprisingly it only took about 10-15 minutes to get my food. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful! The establishment was clean and tidy. And i like that on your ticket it says your name and the color shirt you have on so they can quickly look for you when your order is ready! I got mine to go cause I was on a lunch break from doordash. One day I'll have to dine in so I can see how the environment is dining in.

During that time, we watched and listened to the employees chatting and talking about not taking their breaks in a timely manner. The flow of the drive thru is and the mobile thru is… odd. We were sitting right at the window and didn’t get asked for our name for 5 minutes, but we watched food sit on the table and get taken to multiple cars around us in line (normal drive thru). You’d think to help the flow of things that the priority would be the first cars in line to keep the flow smooth, but that’s not the case. I hope they find a good process and priority flow. It doesn’t seem like anyone really was taking charge and delegating. We heard a few items were forgot in bags and whoever is on bagging orders would be “talked to”. Hopefully one of the managers steps up and starts helping that. It’ll be interesting to see how they settle as they are open. The food was great and warm. No complaints there.

I’m in the drive thru on this locations second day open , the new one in Bremerton WA, and my car breaks down. These guys had it all figured out in like 5 minutes. A whole team of people come out and they come up with a plan to just push it through the line so traffic can continue and A BIG ROUND OF APPLAUSE TO TRAINER MEGAN, she pushed me through the ENTIRE WAY, and trust me I wasn’t close to the window, others helped when they could, they were just so busy the whole place was packed, but Megan stayed with me the entire time, helping me get through that line and the staff eventually was able to get me to a parking spot so I could wait for a tow. Megan comforted me and reassured me the whole way everything was going to be ok, she hugged me when we finally made it out of the line and they all just went above and beyond, I’ve never experienced that kind of kindness and professionalism from any other restaurant. They also gave me a free cookie! Thank you. Megan and everyone deserves the biggest fruit basket and bouquet and PAY RAISE, just saying!, for all that they did. I was truly stuck in that line and without them it would’ve been a struggle. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Megan and staff you are truly golden people. I FREAKING LOVE CHIK FIL A YOU GUYS ROCK!!! Hugs and kisses!!!
