  The food was good but very on the spicy side. They do a good job of explaining the spice level so that you can choose accordingly. The chicken had more sauce than I like but the flavor was really good. The owner makes you feel at home if your going for the first time. All in all its a good place to grab some food.

  This place has a good location. The food was OK at best. It was my first time trying peri peri. I found it not tender, not as tasty as I thought it would have been from the description in their website. You have to order using the electronic kiosk. This may be a turnoff for some. I ordered my food to dine in, it was served to-go. I ordered a large kale salad with peri peri chicken. - instead of kale, the salad had lettuce. - the peri peri chickeb strips were barely OK to my taste - since it was my first time having peri peri, my opinion is based on comparing it to other spicy chicken strips I am familiar with -. They seemed to be short staffed that night.

  I'm a bit shocked by all the positive reviews. The restaurant was nearly empty at 5:45PM (two groups total). It was very expensive and there was very little meat on the bones. It did not taste marinated, it was simply lathered in sauce like Buffalo Wild Wings. It is actually very similar. It was a $50+ bill for two and we were both still hungry after eating. We could've gone to the Bay Leaf for these prices.

  This was our first trip to this restaurant and we were not sure what to expect. The attendant behind the counter walked us through the whole thing and helped us order. When the food arrived, it looked beautiful and tasted amazing! My partner and I both commented on how pleasant the atmosphere was. I loved it and will definitely be back! This is a special place in Bothell!

  I have been a frequent customer of The Port of Peri Peri since opening day! This is because I love everything about the place including their food and it instantly takes me back home everytime I go there. However, during my most recent visit with my black friend to the restaurant I was absymally dissapointed. There is an individual (definitely not the owner) who runs the place during the day. After the kiosk had an error and did not register our order, she tried to tell us the kitchen would be closing at 7 pm when the restaurant doesn't even close until 11 pm. A previous reviewer has also noted how rude this woman is. I am appalled that this woman who even had an accent can treat people of color like this and still works here. I appeal to the owners (who I have previusly interacted with and are one of the most amazing and hospitable people I have come across) to help this individual better understand true values of customer service or have her let go. Yes, it break my heart but I will be sharing my views with my social circle to avoid this place in the interim until appropriate measures are taken to avoid black customers from being treated this way.
