If you’re looking for the best authentic shawarma in Seattle, don’t miss this restaurant! The shawarma is delicious and tastes truly authentic. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, making the experience even better. Hassan is the best—he provided outstanding service and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Had a shawarma craving and got reeled in by the surprisingly high ratings on Google. Sadly the food doesn't line up with the fan fiction people are writing in these comments. Somebody seriously wrote, "we usually eat one sandwich/person at other places, could only do half here cz it's full of chicken!" Please look at the pictures I posted of the "gigantic" shawarma and tell me if you're as mind-blown as that reviewer was! Now on the bright side, their Greek Fries were actually solid, so credit where credit is due. But would I recommend it or go back? Sure, if every other food spot within the 50 mile radius suffers a total grid failure and closes down for that day.

Amazing food and great service! The shawarma was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The portions were generous, and everything tasted homemade. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was clean. Definitely one of the best shawarma spots I’ve tried. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Shawarma Time is hands down one of my favorite places to grab a quick, delicious meal. The shawarma is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, with generous portions that leave you satisfied. The garlic sauce is amazing, and the ingredients taste fresh every time I visit. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and provides excellent customer service, making the whole experience even better. The restaurant is clean, the food comes out quickly, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. If you’re looking for authentic, tasty shawarma, I highly recommend Shawarma Time. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Unfair Service: Absolutely the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time. On July 6 2026 (Today), I alongside my family of three ( 2 kids) drove around 20 minutes specifically to dine here because Google clearly showed the restaurant was open until 12:00 AM. We arrived around 10:20 PM, well before the listed closing time. The moment we were about to order, the employee told us they actually close at 11:00 PM. I asked whether they wanted us to order takeout instead or if we could still dine inside. I was told we could dine in, so we placed our order and paid nearly $60 for two chicken wraps and one chicken tikka. From that point on, the entire experience was terrible. While waiting for our food, I watched other customers receive proper dine-in service with plates and normal table service. One thing that really surprised me was what happened with the chicken tikka. When we ordered, I was told it would take 20–25 minutes to prepare. However, after only about 10 minutes, I watched an employee place the chicken tikka directly into a takeout container. Another employee immediately stopped him, said something to him, and instead of continuing to cook it on the metal skewer, they put it back on a plate and finished cooking it that way. Watching this happen right in front of me left me confused and concerned about how my food was being prepared. Then, despite clearly ordering dine-in, our entire meal was served in takeout containers. When I asked why, the only explanation I received was that they were closing at 11:00 PM. At that moment, it was only around 10:30 PM. There were still about 30 minutes before closing, and we had arrived approximately 40 minutes before their stated closing time. Instead of honoring the dine-in service they had already agreed to, they made us feel like they just wanted us out of the restaurant as quickly as possible. What made the experience even more upsetting was seeing other customers continue to receive proper dine-in service while we were treated completely differently. I can’t say why that happened, but it certainly left us feeling singled out and unwelcome. The staff showed no concern for our experience despite us politely raising the issue. There was no apology, no effort to make things right, and no customer service whatsoever. The entire mood of the evening was ruined. We completely lost our appetite, sat for only a few minutes, packed everything up, and left. Driving 20 minutes, spending nearly $60, and being treated this way was beyond disappointing. We came for a relaxing dine-in dinner and instead left frustrated, unwelcome, and regretting our decision to come here. This was my first visit, and it will absolutely be my last. I would strongly advise anyone planning to dine here—especially during the last hour before closing—to avoid it unless you’re prepared to be rushed out and treated as though your business doesn’t matter. I’m genuinely shocked this place has such a high Google rating because our experience was nowhere close to what those reviews suggest. After all this pathetic conversation, He keeps telling us enjoy your food With closed containers while sitting there. I mean His courtesy there was beyond my understanding. If I could give zero stars, I would.
