  Walked in to pick up my order with my 6-year-old. I could hear the manager (Kevin) screaming while making pizzas, and the moment we stepped inside, he yelled at us to move away from the door because it was hitting the sound no eye contact, no "excuse me," just a full-on shout directed at a woman and a child. Another customer already waiting there just looked at me puzzled and shrugged. That says everything. This is a business, people walk in and out constantly, and if the door chime is that unbearable, that's an internal problem to solve, not a reason to scream at your customers. My son was scared, so I took him and left without picking up the order. As I walked out, a DoorDash driver was walking in, right through the same door. My husband went back in, got the manager's name, and paid, at which point Kevin tried to yell at him too, claiming he was "just making pizzas" as if that justifies anything. This is not how you speak to customers. It is certainly not how you speak in front of children. We won't be returning.

  Miserly and Substandard - Pizza and wings. Pizza didn't have many pepperonis and garlic parm wings had little sauce. Pizza hut used to be a lot better than this.

  I got OK pizzas. 2, and 3 toppings. $65 I'm done with pizza hut at that price

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We Called Mountlake Terrace, Little Caesars. We called Anderson school the shed, which is usually supposed to be really good. Little Caesars Millie Terrace hung up on us twice. Thankfully Pizza Hut was open, friendly professional, quick easy, five stars by far.

  I’ve been ordering from this Bothell location over 3 years now, seen some ebb and flow during that time. But it’s always been pretty good, and right now things are especially good thanks in no small part to Manager Andrew. Since this dude came along, the pizza and the service have been consistently above average. Andrew always comes across as very genuine, and it’s so great to get some good old-fashioned customer service, particularly since it’s so hard to find these days. Thanks Drew, it’s very appreciated! Note to the Owners: First of all, Drew gets a raise! Second, the DoorDash thing does kinda suck, for several reasons. But I’m sure it was a money thing. And third, the french fries order is pretty small for $3.75. I hope you guys might consider revisiting that portion size.
