  Came to write a review about kissing food. Appears to be a common theme looking at the other reviews. Training and quality don't appear to be a priority or something that is being retrained.

  I have been going to this McDonald’s for many years now I ordered a large fry and got a medium and I payed extra for sauce that they also didn’t give me after I had to go and wait 10 minutes at the drive through for my sandwich. I’m very upset and disappointed from my visit.

  One employee, no idea who, whenever I get him he makes jokes about getting orders wrong and insults me when I order to much or change the order. Closes the window down if I say anything about it, not sure if that’s standard procedure though. Happened twice a few months apart and I’m not sure if he still works there. Besides that it’s just a McDonalds.

  An absolute masterclass in poor service. I spent over 30 minutes waiting for two simple coffees, only to leave empty-handed and frustrated. After an initial 20-minute wait, the drinks served were undrinkable filled with loose coffee grounds floating throughout the beverage. When I asked for a remake, I waited another 15 minutes before finally giving up. When I spoke to the manager, I was met with excuses rather than an apology, I was told brewing takes "five minutes," which doesn't explain a 30-minute delay. While I eventually received a refund, the lack of accountability and the disregard for customers' time was appalling. I’ve never had a worse experience at a McDonald’s franchise. Truly horrendous service.
