- VSVasant Shejwal3 days ago1.0One of the worst food that had recent times in Bothell. This restaurant had taste few years back. They have lost taste and hospitality too. We ordered triple veg schezwan and triple chicken schezwan. First time it was tasteless with too sour sauce. They replaced with other one. Second time it was worst. Too much red papers and oily. We had a bit but while checkout we provided feedback after asked. Even veg man how soup was watery and tasteless. They did not even bothered to respect feedback. She was rude and loud. Probably she is one of the senior staff. So I would say stay away from this kind of restaurant
- KSKinjal Shah3 days ago1.0I would specifically give this branch a very poor rating. The manager’s behavior was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She was our server, and when we politely requested a food customization, her immediate response was a very cold “No.” We were surprised because we’ve had a completely different experience at the Bellevue branch, where the staff has always been much more accommodating with customizations. Unfortunately, the food was also extremely bland. Since we didn’t enjoy it, we asked for to-go boxes so we could take it home and add some seasoning ourselves. The box she brought was visibly dirty, so I politely returned it. Her response was simply another cold “Sorry,” without any attempt to address the issue or make the situation better. Overall, the food and especially the customer service were very disappointing. The attitude made the experience even worse. I would strongly recommend improving both the quality of service and the way customers are treated at this branch.

- SGSammy GAug 3, 20261.0Based on what I see from all the other reviews, it's only a matter of time before you encounter your bad experience at this place. Same story. Was a loyal customer till now but not anymore. Rude staff. Predatory practices. Slowest possible service. Uninterested staff. Very oily food. Had ulcers in my mouth after eating the chilly garlic noodles, maybe the oil they used was old? And that combined with the spices must have caused it. Used to recommend this place to everyone. Not anymore. I should thank them for saving us money in the future I guess.
