    Exceptional service. We come here for the mustard fish and schezwan fried rice. If you’re in bothell location- ask for Sarah or Jamuna- and they’ll make sure you have a lovely time here!

    Go here only for the food. Pretty poor service and communication. They made me wait 10 minutes for sweet paan only to tell the owners/managers guests took all the remaining paan. Why make me wait for 10 minutes when it was already gone? While I was waiting, I heard the front desk girl asking someone to be here by 9:40 for fine in and while they did get here on time, the front desk was empty and they could only be helped at 9:42 - they were not allowed to dine in and they offered takeout - guess what? 2 minutes later she comes back to deny take out as well. Just in those 10 minutes I could see how the restaurant is poorly manager and has no proper communication whatsoever. To top it off, the manager/owner's guests were seated right behind our table and were extremely loud and rude throughout the whole evening, treating the place like their own house. The only saving grace was the food was okay, but pretty poor service and shoddy overall experience.

    This review is all about the billing and not the quality of food or service. I ordered a Lat Mai Paneer appetizer, vegetable hot and sour soup and vegetable Hakka noodles. All of these were delicious. The experience turned sour once I decided to check out. I had a good bunch of loyalty points in my account and I thought of redeeming 200 points towards the appetizer and 100 points for the soup. Since the soup was large in size , the redemption was 200 points and I had to pay the remaining $3. The main course (Hakka noodles) were not paid using points. Based on this redemption, my total discount was $30 and I had to pay $23 before taxes and tips. I went ahead and paid it using my credit card. When I came home, I checked my points on the toast app and was shocked to see 600 points redeemed and not 400 points as indicated at the checkout by the manager. I contacted the toast customer service and they recommended me reaching out to the restaurant directly. I called the restaurant and they said they can get this resolved but I would have to come in physically to the restaurant again. I went back to the restaurant and the manager Sarah refused to credit my loyalty account with 200 points. She also refused to provide any other resolution like an equivalent menu item worth 200 points (appetizer) or a cash equivalent refund. The attitude was that even though we made the mistake , we will not do anything to resolve it and make it right. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at a restaurant and I am definitely not going to dine at this location again. Beware - Anyone using their toast loyalty points at this location. You may lose all your points .

    Generous portions, good food quality and pricing. Perfect spot for a satisfying lunch that won't drain your wallet. Only wish they'd start their lunch menu on Fridays—weekends I understand, but Fridays would be great! Highly recommend!

    The big and tall Indian female manager was incredibly rude and condescending. I was here with clients and she was very hostile and aggressive. Inchin Bamboo Garden of Bothell please reconsider who you choose to represent you all. Truly ashamed and will not be returning.
