- ESEric SlySep 26, 20261.0Worst attempted dining experience of my life and this is coming from a guy who has paid for food from a guy stirring some sort of curry with a broomstick on the side of a highway in rural Malaysia. At least the Malaysian highway broom curry guy gave me what I paid for. This place just wasted my time and I never received what I paid for. Placed an order online and proceeded into the restaurant after the wait time of 30 minutes. There were dozens of people crowding around the pick up area. After an additional half an hour of waiting the staff called my name, not to give me my cooked order, but to confirm I was there and they had my ticket. Over the next hour they called my name two more times after asking me to confirm my ticket. It seemed they were just randomly shuffling the order tickets around. Some people stated they had to wait over two and a half hours for their food. At one point I observed the staff hand over all of the placed order tickets to another frustrated patron so the patron could find their order and give it to the staff to cook, which i assume caused all of the other guests tickets to be reshuffled again. As I was leaving after two hours in the uncleaned, crowded, and chaotic dining room area another patron asked them how much longer their order would take and the staff rudely replied, "1, 2, 3 hours, who knows!" I proceeded to the register and showed my order placed over two hours prior and requested a refund. They apologized and told me to write my name, phone number, and order number on a blank receipt and I did. I submitted a customer inquiry through their website and have called their customer support and to this day I have not been contacted or had my refund processed.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
