  Just ordered through the drive-thru and noticed an extra $8.00 added to my order for add-ons I never asked for. I called the store to get an explanation, and the lady who answered told me they automatically add them and expect customers to check the screen outside to make sure the order is correct. Mind you, it was raining hard and already dark outside, so I couldn’t even clearly see the screen. On top of that, nobody asked if I wanted any add-ons or mentioned the extra charges at all. To make things worse, the employee hung up on me during the call. Terrible customer service and a shady way to charge customers extra money for things they never requested. Where is the added/extra meat? It barely has any meat at all and the supposedly added more.

  Absolute garbage service, gave me the bottom of the fryer nuggets that were are just bread and got my order wrong giving me spicy instead of regular. Amongst employees being rude to a customer that couldnt read the menu

  Today at about 12:55 I went into the establishment, wanted to order lunch, my family was waiting in the car, the female cashier ignored my orders and requests to her and laughed strangely, I left and will never come back and will tell all my friends how bad the service is there🤮🤮🤮

  Great food and always hits the spot when I'm craving something quick and tasty! The staff is super friendly and my order is always fresh and accurate. Love their new menu items—definitely keeps me coming back for more!

  The food at this Taco Bell is pretty consistent, and I love their crunchy tacos. However, the service can be a bit slow during peak hours, so it’s best to go at off times if you’re in a hurry. Overall, it's a decent spot for a quick bite.
