    I was here back in August and I had been going THOUGH IT. Anyways, there was a guy working and taking orders outside. I know I looked a mess pulling up to him because I had just gone through a breakup like 30 min before pulling up. And the poor guy asked how my day was and I was like "horrible" and trying to hold back tears and he asked if I was okay and I was gonna respond but couldn't get it out. This sweet guy ended up paying for my drink and I just want y'all to know that the kindness I was shown that day still sits with me even now and I appreciated him talking to me for just a few minutes and helping me feel seen and cared about even if it was only like a two minute interaction. Also banging coffee. But immaculate customer service.

    The closing time is very inconsistent. Sometimes I drive by at 8PM and the sign is off and no one is there even though Google states the hours are 4AM-10PM and even that is inconsistent with the hours posted on the store window stating they are open until 11PM.

    I ordered an iced Carmel macchiato and got an iced mocha. I didn't taste it before I jumped back on the freeway. Also my daughters drink had way too much ice.

    Dutch Bros as a company provides substandard drinks, if there were a better option I'd take it. Service would be better if the company didn't force the employees to make conversation which just wastes both the customer and server's time.
