I ask for something elegant, colourful, and for an ADULT; why did I receive a child's design, after providing references, and the lady throwing the box on top of the counter before thinking of handing it off too me. I will never order from this location again.

Because of those positive experiences, what happened today was especially painful. Today was the first time I felt talked down to and treated in a way that made me feel discriminated against by a staff member. I have heard others share similar experiences before, but I never imagined I would experience it myself. It was deeply hurtful and left me feeling unwelcome. I am sharing this review not to attack anyone, but because I hope Safeway takes these concerns seriously. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and fairness, regardless of who they are. I sincerely hope this experience leads to better staff training so that no one else has to leave feeling the way I did today. #beingblackisnotanoffence
