  The pizza was great. I good mix of tradition and innovation. Fantastic crust with the right amount of crunch, chew & char. The cocktails were excellent. The best Old Fashioned I've ever had. Very attentive service without hovering. We'll certainly be returning.

  This is what a quality local business feels like! Had a great experience with chef and waitress being super attentive and kind about food allergies. Great wine and some of the best pizza I’ve had in a minute, go check it out.

  We ordered (and picked up) the Anise pizza and the Caesar salad. Disappointed in the pizza! Hardly any sausage and definitely not enough sauce or cheese. The crust was good and the salad was excellent, though.

  Such a great spot, Stella’s was hard to beat, but these guys are really really good. Excellent pizza and a great spot to hang out

  With all due respect to the dearly departed Starla’s, Pendino is even better. The Caesar salad was outstanding,, despite featuring bread crumbs rather than actual croutons; the fresh Parmesan (liberally sprinkled) was some of the best I’ve ever had. The seasonal pizza had sold out, so we went with the Pepperoni and the Anise (don’t be put off by the name—it does have fennel, but tastes nothing like black licorice). Both winners. And their cocktails (both with and w/o booze) are on point as well. Our server, Evan, was equal parts personable and professional. And both bartenders came out to see if the drinks were to our liking (they were). The restaurant itself is lovely. The only reason I deducted a star for Atmosphere is because the menus are challenging to read (low light, small font size). Also, their music playlist/channel lacked any theme we could discern. As criticisms go, these are very minor. Let’s hope Pendino’s is here to stay.
