Im from BC, food quality in the USA is pretty low. Food just feels more diabetic. Can't blame the place tho cuz of the government or whatever.

I used to think that this restaurant was okay at least when I was only getting things through the drive-thru, but the way they treat their customers when you go inside to order is god-awful. When some guy went out the fire exit door the fire alarm went off and my daughter is a bit traumatized by that kind of noise to say the least because of past times of hearing fire alarms go off. After a minute of the alarm still going off (mind you there are like three or four families in the play area with their hands over their ears), we went up to the front to see if they could fix it and not only were we very directly and clearly ignored, with my daughter standing there with her hands over her ears, they looked at us and then turned around and proceeded to continue what they were doing as if we weren't standing there, I only finally got an acknowledgment (picture what it would look like if a human did a full-body eye roll but without the actual eyeroll itself - same attitude) we were standing there when I asked them when it would turn off. The guy shrugged, "when we turn it off." Then turns back around and proceeds to do what he was doing. The body language the entire time was like we were annoying them and like they did not want to be bothered with us. As if that wasn't rude enough before the fire alarm went off, I asked (nicely) one of the ladies if my daughter would be able to get a Happy meal toy, we had bought a meal (granted it wasn't a Happy meal, it was almost twice as expensive as a Happy meal actually) and instead of just giving a 6 year old a Happy meal toy, their manager said I would have to pay for it separately. I get it Happy meal toys are supposed to come with Happy meals but for the love of God does it really matter that much? She is six. As if that was not enough the entire floor of the play area was sticky and gross and the drink area was a total mess. I am not usually the type to write negative reviews because we all have bad days but goodness gracious this was a rough experience. We will not be coming here for the foreseeable future unless they have a change in employees.

Thanks alot. No way someone wrapped this and didn't see it was charred. And you know what, to whomever made this and wrapped it: if you don't like your job enough to serve decent edible food, get a new one. Only you can change your life. This was all the money I had to eat today, if it was you and this is what you got how would you feel?

The one star review only has to do with the fact that there are zero outlets. I ordered food had great service, food is up to standard. Sat down, wanted to do some work on my laptop only to walk around like a weirdo looking for an outlet. It's unfortunate that establishments deprive thier clients of necessary amenities. Now I'm realizing if I'm ever traveling and need to work remote to never stop at a McDonald's. Makes me feel unnerved knowing that it's intentional. A few years ago when I began teaching I came to this very same establishment to grade in a new atmosphere, and I can assure you I used the exact outlet pictured which has been covered.

The lady who wears the blue light jacket over her uniform, medium built, messy hair bun, should probably NOT hit her weed pen in front of drive thru customers as she walks back into work after making out in the parking lot on break. Happened on June 5th at approximately 12:16 pm. Not really judging someone for needing weed to get through their day, absolutely judging her for doing in front of customers that have children in their car.
