McDonald's is a good place and their chicken Nuggets are awesome, completely awesome. But there's one concern that literally ruins my day and pisses me off whenever I go, when i ask for a vanilla milkshake, They say, "oh, our milkshake Machine is broken" like if it's broken, call, a repair person. Immediately to go and frickin, fix it. And if someone that works there is reading this, thank you for reading this, and please make a change. It's really pissing everybody off and it's making people not want to go. Everyone's going to Burger King now.

When you order hot food, you don't get it here. They will have a line of cars, instead of moving each to a waiting spot they say FO and keep you in a line to ensure you get cold food. Just put the food in a microwave for 30 seconds and it'll be hot, the customers won't know if they don't see it happen. If you want cold food come to this McDonald's it will always be cold.

I placed a mobile order for a double cheeseburger and a frappe for curbside pickup. After pulling in and putting my curbside number in, I watched 3 cars pull in next to me, get their orders, and leave. After 15 minutes I went inside to see what was going on. I could see my order sitting on the back counter. I waited 5 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge me, at which point I asked for my order. It was handed over to me. Now, my cheeseburger was completely cold and my frappe was liquid. That is not okay 😵‍💫 Mcdonalds on Telegraph Rd in Bellingham
