  Seems like the management needs to do a better job of making sure this store is staffed. I had an online order that I placed and had to wait 20 minutes before it was ready. It was one sandwich. The people who work there are nice enough but they were only two people working in the shop and about 10 people in line. Right during the lunch hour on a Sunday. Do better, management.

  This sandwich was terrible bc it barely had meat. The employee was nice, but this can't make up for such a bad sub. I don't normally eat jimmy John's, but I decided to give this a try bc i was on vacation. I won't order Jimmy John's again. Bellingham, you need a Jersey Mike's

  JJ is my absolute favorite sub shop! Their food is fresh, their bread is the best and the staff is always friendly and quick! The store appears very clean. The only issue I have ever had is that once on a take out order and once on a delivery order, there were missing items that I paid for. Chips one time and a cookie the next time. I suggest they do a better job checking their take out and delivery orders.
