  I really wanted to give this location another chance because I know you’ve only recently opened, but unfortunately I’ve now had two disappointing experiences. The first time we ordered takeout, the food was cold and just not up to the quality I’m used to from Chick-fil-A. The girl at the drive thru was extremely nice. Today we went through the drive-thru for breakfast and had similar issues. The chicken minis were very doughy and didn’t seem fully cooked, and the food overall wasn’t very hot. The chicken itself also wasn’t the best this time around. I’ve lived in four different states over the past few years and have had Chick-fil-A in many places, so I know this location is likely still working through opening adjustments. I’m not writing this to get free food or complain for the sake of complaining — I genuinely wanted to share honest feedback because so many people in this area are trying Chick-fil-A for the first time here. I truly hope things improve because I know how great Chick-fil-A usually is.

  They recently opened and already they are operating at perfection. Great food and amazing customer service. I think she was a manager but Erika was incredible. Really appreciated the suggestions. It's staff like this that will take a company to another level. Definitely recommend this restaurant! The grilled chicken sandwich and float were delicious. Give it a try!

  Save your time and money and go to Dairy Queen across the street. Chicken is way better. I spent 45 minutes in the drive through line with 3 kids and the only reason I did is my husband is from the south an assured me they move the line fast no matter how long it is….not at all the case. They gave me no dressing with my salad and no dips for multiple chicken strip orders. Nobody asked if we wanted dips, our order was taken nowhere near a menu I didn’t know we had to ask for dips and salad dressing. Fries were soggy wit zero salt. The seasoning on the chicken was awful. 4 seperate meals were inedible. They obviously aren’t able to bring their business model to this location because I have heard nothing but hype about service/sauces etc and this was an awful experience I am so angry I wasted time and money.

  New to chick a fils? Sauces are extra.. No sauce on the sandwich... If u want sauce add on.. The staff won't ask.. And you will drive thru 30 mins... And find out if you don't order. Sandwich will be dry. Also check b4 u go.. I ordered sweetener for the iced tea also missed.... Overall good for just opening and being slammed.. 30 mins in drive thru lane... It will all work. Out in time... Chicken was cooked well and tasty... Needed sauce! My Bad.. Live and learn... 1st time to CAf...

  Drove all the way from Vancouver after calling ahead to confirm the drive-through was open until 10pm. We got there around 9:40pm and the staff outside refused to take our order. We explained how far we came and that we had literally called beforehand, but they weren’t helpful at all and honestly came off pretty rude. One staff member I spoke to wouldn’t even give me his name, which didn’t sit right. At that point, this would’ve easily been a 1-star experience. However, after going inside and speaking with the supervisor Shelby, things turned around. She was understanding, explained they were running low on food, and handled the situation properly. She even hooked us up with some free food, which we really appreciated. She’s the only reason this review isn’t 1 star. Staff clearly need better training on customer service and communication, especially when situations change last minute. Shelby, on the other hand, was amazing, professional, understanding, and the only reason this experience turned around.
