  We waited over 40 minutes for 10 nuggets. The whole place was understaffed. Also, we saw the manager put her whole hand in the garbage can, didn’t wash it, then put on her headset and start touching her face. Gotta wonder what kind of hygiene they do before handling the food. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Never coming again.

  TLDR: Poor technical experience but good food and great customer service!! I arrived in the parking lot here around 5:45 AM on a Thursday. I sat there for probably 20 minutes figuring out the mobile app but it just didn't want to work. My order has a few substitutions so I usually place a mobile order, but I guess my app was having "cache issues" that couldn't be resolved by clearing the cache. Bummer. I go to the drive-thru and give the gentleman my "check-in code". I wait in silence for a few minutes before he says they have technical difficulties and to return in a few minutes. Bummer again. Well I'm hungry and this is the only open Taco Bell, so I sit in the parking lot and wait some more. A man which I can only assume is the same gentleman walks out of the store, gets in a car, and leaves. Well.... bummer. I try the app again. Now it won't even let me start an order. I try the drive-thru again. This is where my experience starts to change. There is a woman in the drive-thru with a heavy accent, and it seems like she is having a hard time understanding me. I try to explain my order a few times and we keep hitting language barriers. She asks me to pull up, so I do. It seems like she may be the only person in the store. After maybe 10 minutes of confusion, I start showing her on my phone what I'm asking for and we manage to get the order right. Not once did she get angry or even frustrated. Fast food can be stressful and especially alone or when you can't understand people. She was so very kind and patient, even laughing with me at the end!, and the food came out perfect. This store needs better staffing, poor woman! But 5 stars for her customer service alone 🫶

  there is a annoying beep sound. They said one of their machines made this noise and they cannot stop it. The machine beeps very loud every second. It’s a terrible experience.
