- YDYulia Demianovska1 day ago1.0Ask yourself why recent reviews are just terrible. I visited this store August 30th at around 9.15pm. Needed to pick up canned corn as a part of delivery order. It wasn’t in the isle stated in the app. I spend time trying to locate it on neighboring isles, no luck. Asked cashier to possibly call someone why can help. She pointed at the guy at customer service. When approached he didn’t seem to care at all and just said check isle 8 at the back (I did before but went again anyway). Couldn’t find it. Returned and asked him to please show me. He told me again go and look, I repeated that I would like for him to help me. My job is time sensitive and it really mattered a lot. For that he answered that it was my job since I was picking up for someone else. Meanwhile cashier lady jumped in and started screaming that they change location of products all the time and they don’t know where everything was and blaming me for being demanding. Yes I was on the job, but for Safeway employees I was still a customer. I left without an item and with a terrible sense of time waisted on something that should have been a 30 sec assist. Person in question was mentioned several times in negative reviews. Horrible.

Coupons are a nightmare, the staff can routinely be seen harassing anyone who they do not like. Everyone seems very unhappy to be there, it's an unpleasant shopping experience but the good news is that you get to check your own groceries because it's too inconvenient to have a checkstand open 90% of the time. There is also a checker who dresses in what I can only describe as a Halloween costume every day of the year...

Gina at the customer service desk refused to offer an exchange even after been shown the specific policy regarding Safeway's Freshness Guarantee stating exchanges for purchases under $25 would be honored without a receipt.

This is the second review that I given to him,if he have problems with mexicanos ,it is not my fault ,if he don't like his job. It is not my fault. This is the store in Bellevue Way in Bellevue WA Miss Reza was very nice to me and also a Mexican manager there she is awesome !
