  I had an absolutely amazing experience at Pacifika. KP provided outstanding service. The Huli Huli Chicken was next level—perfectly charred, packed with flavor, and juicy. The Kalbi ribs were really good too, tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The rice was fresh, and the tuna mac salad was honestly perfect and paired amazingly with the sweet, smoky almost teriyaki reminiscent flavors. Huge shoutout to the chefs. Overall, this was an unforgettable dining experience. Highly, highly recommend!

  Wonderful experience and even better food!! Ani was our server and she was incredible in describing the menu options, and pointed me to something I never tried before which was an ox tail soup. BEST SOUP EVER!! Thank you Ani!! Definitely recommend this restaurant!! The overall experience was great!!

  Came here with a group of friends for dinner. Since the restaurant is located inside a hotel, the prices felt a bit higher than expected. The food was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We split the bill three ways, but unfortunately one of my friends was accidentally overcharged. She called the restaurant afterward, and they acknowledged the mistake and offered a refund, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a decent experience, though it's worth double-checking your bill before leaving.

  UPD: it’s been 7 business days since my order and still no refund. I placed an online order for ASAP pickup. About 30 minutes later, the restaurant called to inform me that one of the dishes I ordered was unavailable and asked me to place a separate online order for a replacement. I followed their instructions and placed the new order, but I was never refunded for the unavailable item. I contacted the restaurant by phone and also submitted a refund request through the online ordering platform, but despite my follow-ups, I never received my money back. Mistakes happen, but failing to process a refund after acknowledging the issue is unacceptable. This experience left me very disappointed, and I would hesitate to order from this restaurant again.

  I came with my friend during the time the restaurant was hosting an event for a music band, so they were very busy. I ordered Vegan Tinnaka and it has plant-based meat alternative in description. The dish they brought me was off from that description and looked like Coco curry tofu dish instead. The problem is they gaslighted me, telling me tofu is plant based meat, and constantly reaffirmed me it was vegan tinakka even though the dish has none of incredients listed for that dish. They eventually brought out want was called vegan tinakka but with tofu again... The dish tasted meh while charging for price ($24) as if you were in Hawaii soil. Most regretful dish I have paid for.
