If you want to order, CONSTANTLY call them to make sure they will make, are making, and done with your order before you go pickup… I ordered 2 pizzas and the app told me they were ready for pickup 20mins later. So I went to the store and was told there was is a big order they prioritized and I would need to wait for another 20mins. My family wanted pizza so I waited. BUT 20mins later they were still not done with the big order and they could not provide an ETA. So they advised me to cancel my order…. I am so frustrated by how they prioritize their orders and how they fool their customers around. I am not going there anymore!

Easy navigation to find coupon deals on their website. Fast preparation by the local staff. Total mistake picking the gluten-free base which had a cardboard-like texture completely ruining the meal. Open late until 11 PM on weekdays and midnight on weekends for easy late-night pickup. Better off ordering the crustless Papa Bowls if trying to avoid standard dough.

Will never order from here again. Placed order 5:43pm, expected pick up 6:03pm. We tracked it on the app, it was delayed and ready 6:20pm. But when we arrived, the staff said the system was down and it was not ready. We were then told it was baking in the oven and 8 minutes to go, we should have cancelled it. then it took another 20 minutes. Final pick up time was 6:50pm compared with the expected 6:03pm—>6:20pm—>6:30pm—>6:50pm. Waited a whole ton of time for a pizza.

Absolutely awful!!! I ordered in June for a work event & the pizza never arrived, so I went to the store to pick up. The employee told me they use DoorDash for delivery and no one took the order. I was angry, but figured it happens. Tonight I ordered for delivery to my house. Delivery ETA in 1 hour. I watched 3 different drivers accept then drop the order. Finally Papa Johns just cancelled after 1 hr. 40 minutes of waiting. Fool me once... I'll never order from Papa John's again.
