- BPBanana Peal3 days ago5.0This is my first time at Nordstrom! The young gal that attended me said her name was Karen and was absolutely adorable and was super attentive to me. Coffee is great, they had a variety of pastries. Can’t wait to come back! Not sure if there are two location but I think it was the second floor as she told me there was two locations. Thank you Ebar!
- AAAirplaneAug 29, 20265.0Amazing coffee, and a great roast. Great selection of fresh made food (made in house) and pastries. The menu is rotated seasonally, and the staff is always great. Doesn’t break the bank, but the quality is far superior to Starbucks. Would recommend if you’re looking for a cup of coffee before shopping. They also have lotus elixirs for all that like those.

- KKKAVNov 15, 20231.0Not sure why I was treated poorly today, I’m always nice and tip. I walked up to the outside ebar and the attendant was chatting away with what looked like a friend because they were talking about a cat and sitting for it or something? I don’t know, but the point is that the attendant/cashier (blonde) looked at me and kept chatting away. Then the friend/customer? Who knows, said, “Oh, did you want to help her?” And the attendant said, “No, it’s okay, I’ll just take your order now.” And then she glared at me for some reason as she’s saying this. I was completely caught off guard and couldn’t believed she was treating me like that. So then, I walk up to order and she completely forget to put my bagel in the toaster… so I’m waiting another 5 minutes or so for that. Which she apologized for, “forgetting”. DO BETTER NORDSTROM. Hire better employees and attendants that actually enjoy their job.
