- BLBenjamin LinMay 3, 20261.0The food is completely different than what I ordered, ordered Bacon egg and cheese, came steak egg and cheese. Funny enough is the sandwich came with No steak either. The kiosks in the store also completely broken, and didn’t see a single person to help ordering food, unless you yelled at the kitchen.

I had to go inside to check, and found my food already sitting at the front counter, cold. They thought I was picking it up inside the restaurant. 2️⃣ I ordered two spicy wraps, but neither of them was spicy. The overall management and operation of this place are very poor. I can’t believe one order can have so many mistakes, and I wonder if other people experience the same thing.
