Our server Murphy was friendly, attentive and answered all our questions. Thank you Nordstrom cafe for a wonderful celebration!

Instead, they charged me for extra chips. When I received the receipt, I pointed out that they had added them by mistake. They said they couldn’t cancel the order but would refund the money. In reality, the salad still had chips in it, and I never received a refund. Confirmation of my theory: I asked for water no ice, I had water with ice. 🤣
