  The 'freaky fast' memo was never delivered to this location. 10-15 minute wait time completely defeats the purpose of going here

  I am frequently in here, and always get great food and service, but Andrew went above and beyond today and I was so blown away I had to leave a 5-star review. Listen: A’s a keeper. If you’re asking me, he’s a straight shooter with upper-management written all over him, and his can-do, friendly attitude makes Jimmy John’s a joy to visit. Will be back (often) 😊

  Place an order for pick up spent $80 for four subs. My sub had old stale bread. I drove back and politely asked for a new one. The dude gave me a bunch of attitude. Ultimately didn’t want to return my money. Acted like I was being rude then after I left, called my phone back to be rude again and tell me he had a long day crazy.

  There are 3 people working here, no customers, and somehow it’s taking over 15 minutes to get me a sandwich. This place is struggling
