- SSShannonAug 25, 20261.0Freakishly SLOW and UNSANITARY Jimmy John’s. Walked into this HOT MESS of a store and worker using a dirty broom to get something off a taller shelf… yes, a dirty broom over food…. Ordered online and arrived 8 minutes later. Was told it would be another 5-10 minutes, so waited patiently along with another dozen people. Checked in with them 30 minutes in and said mine would be done in another 30 minutes after being told 5-10 minutes upon walking in/checking in… 45 minutes of waiting and still haven’t received sandwiches so check in with them on the status of my sandwiches and they said they ran out of chicken… but they couldn’t refund me that one wrap otherwise they would have to cancel my whole order (2 sandwiches and 1 wrap) after 45+ min of waiting. The lady next to me waited for over an hour so finally went up to the counter and they couldn’t even find her ticket… so she left. Overheard them telling another customer ran out of BREAD—imagine that, a sandwich shop with no bread—WILD. Absolutely horrible experience, avoid this Jimmy John’s unless you want to wait over 60+ minutes for a subpar sandwich sprinkled with dust bunnies and dirt.

Listen: A’s a keeper. If you’re asking me, he’s a straight shooter with upper-management written all over him, and his can-do, friendly attitude makes Jimmy John’s a joy to visit. Will be back (often) 😊

Ultimately didn’t want to return my money. Acted like I was being rude then after I left, called my phone back to be rude again and tell me he had a long day crazy.
