Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I go to this location often to pick up my order on my lunch break. I’ve never had this happen, but my order was sent to another location. They said I would need to cancel and place another order. I asked how do I cancel the order, and they said on the app. Or I can just walk 5 mins or drive 30 secs to the other store. The other store was1.5 hours away. I called that store to cancel the order and they let me know come in and get a free sub since I had use my reward. I reorder at this location the guy basically threw the bag at me. Secondly, they didn’t even make my sandwich correctly. Veggie sandwich need avocado spread. None. Never will I go here again and no one else should. Everyone in the location should find a new job.

Second time visiting, and the first time in a long time I've walked out of a restaurant without ordering. My first visit, I was given an Italian wrap instead of the Thai Chicken, and I was the only order ticket they had, so it wasn't even an order mix-up. The second time, it was lunch rush on a Saturday, and they only had 3 people working front-of-house, with probably 20+ tickets hung up and waiting. The staff were not the problem, I can empathize with their exhaustion and being overwhelmed. This is indicative of management failing to hire and staff their location adequately, and the loss of business from both walk-outs and customers who won't return is their fault, not their overworked employees. Sad to have a chain I like so close to where I work, but feel like I should avoid going there ever again.

Very disappointing experience with this Jimmy John’s over the last two days. I regularly order Jimmy John’s from my workplace, but after this experience I will not be using this location again. Yesterday I placed a pickup order and had to wait quite a while for it. When I finally got to where I was going, I realized they had given me a Little John instead of the full meal package I ordered, and it was also missing several toppings. The sandwich still had my name on it, so the order was clearly mishandled internally. I contacted customer service and initially appreciated the quick response from management, but the follow-up communication became confusing and unprofessional. I communicated that I would be returning for the replacement order, but when I arrived the next day the staff had no idea what was going on and nothing had been prepared. What stood out most was that management themselves acknowledged communication problems within the store and blamed employees for failing to relay information properly. While I may not have confirmed an exact pickup time, customers should not have to manage internal communication issues or understand franchise/location logistics just to receive a corrected order. A situation like this should have been coordinated internally and handled smoothly. Both times I visited, the employees seemed disorganized and there was awkward communication between coworkers the entire time. Mistakes happen, but the lack of coordination, professionalism, and follow-through turned a simple order issue into an unnecessarily frustrating experience from start to finish.
