The food quality was terrible my order was wrong, items were poorly made, and it honestly felt like no care went into it at all. The bigger issue is the management. I spoke with the general manager, Brian, and he was completely dismissive. No apology, no effort to fix the order, no attempt to make it right. That level of customer service is unacceptable, especially from someone running the store. If you’re thinking about ordering from this location, double-check your food before leaving or better yet, go somewhere else. Based on this experience, I won’t be coming back.
