Not sure how they forgot the whole entree and didn’t notice while packing this. Unfortunately had nothing but beans for dinner. This used to be my favorite chipotle because they always did good, but this experience just ruined it all :/ Would give negative stars if possible!

- PAPierre AlbiAug 22, 20261.0Food is fine and location is sparkly clean. However, I had a concerning incident here today as a longtime happy Chipotle customer. I asked for the honey chicken for my bowl to be put on the side. A simple request. Something I have asked for 100 times with no issue. Today they told me that "we have to charge you for veggie plus large chicken portion on the side" which is ridiculous. I asked for a normal portion of chicken for my chicken bowl to be on the side. They freaked out at the register and took away the honey chicken on the large side dish (I asked for normal) and replaced it with a full burrito bowl with a single scoop of regular chicken. I pointed out I wanted chipotle honey chicken and they finally scooped some of that out. They caused an awkward scene and questioned me as if I was trying exploit them. I felt extremely uncomfortable and would never recommend this location to anyone unless you want to be interrogated for asking for meat on the side because you are a picky eater. Then finally when I paid with a $20 bill, the employee gave me my change curled tightly in the bills, seemingly an act of pettiness against me for daring to ask for chicken on the side. Honestly this location is not worth visiting when the employees act with such hostility towards reasonable requests. They are on some weird power trips.
