  We love Chipotle. But there is no communication on getting a meal made and the guy making the three burritos literally just up and left to go talk on his phone and then hung out in the kitchen. There was no communication between him and the lady that was cashiering and then another guy came up and made a burrito but we kept looking at him and asking him like are you going to make a burrito and we were ignored. We were there 20 mins before close at 10pm. But the place was trashed and clearly the staff wasn't cleaning or supporting each other or the front end. Something is not right. I have never seen it this trashed or experienced that poor of service. Leaving us wondering who was do burrito 2 and 3 along with the woman in the sunglasses not really communicating was difficult. She at least saw we needed help after some tall guy came up and left making himself food at 950pm ish. Hey Chipotle did you know your doors were even locked all day? We couldn't get in until someone walked out.

  Clearly understaffed. Each of the 4 employees were working extremely hard. Yet the wait was out the door. We waited 15 minutes and witnessed at least 10 people see the line and choose to leave. Chipotle is leaving money on the table. Kimi was the best, but she can only do so much without any back up. I am quite disappointed in the management.

  We came to this restaurant for the first time and, unfortunately, it will also be our last time. We asked our waitress to recommend a dish because we had never been there before and didn’t know what to order. She couldn’t recommend anything. Then we asked what dishes were popular, and she still couldn’t tell us. We waited about 15 minutes and didn’t receive proper service. When she finally came over, we found a picture of a dish and asked if that was the dish we were looking at. She simply said, “I don’t know.” In the end, we didn’t order anything and left. What made the situation even worse was that she didn’t apologize or try to help. She just said, “Okay,” as if it didn’t matter that we were leaving. Very disappointing service. We came here for the first time, and definitely the last.

  food came fast but staff was demotivated and gave me bad portions, had me pay extra when i asked for more. came during 7:30ish.

  Worker with short hair & tattoos spilled liquid over all utensils, when I asked for utensils she just gave me some of the contaminated ones. When I said all of them got affected by the liquid, she said just give me some time or go ask someone else. Really chipotle? I was standing with the tray in my hands and had to go bother the cashier. Not cool
