She worked quickly with efficiency at the cashier, and solved issues (such as not being able to reach the chips) with grace. This is probably the best chipotle I’ve ever been to. Joy is a cornerstone of this store.

I eat chipotle almost every day for lunch, but this was my first time at crossroads. Took me 30 minutes at about 1pm, not because they were busy but because they had ONE person making orders, 1 person standing at the cash register, and 2 people just sort of hanging out at the online order area. The manager, meanwhile was washing dishes or something with his back to the restaurant. THEN when I finally got my food, everything was ice cold. The rice, meat, everything. I'll never go back to this location and whoever was running the shift today needs to be fired

The employee was rude from the beginning and charged us for double meat twice even though we clearly explained multiple times that we only wanted it once. On top of that, even after paying for the extra meat, there was barely any meat in the bowl. Instead of trying to help or fix the mistake, the employee acted with attitude and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially when customers are paying extra and still not getting what they ordered. Definitely not coming back to this location.
