  For kids meal takeout order, did not include small chips and chocolate milk, and did not utensils. I should’ve checked, will next time

  I like Chipotle usually. But every time I eat at this location I feel like it is a contest to see who can give you the smallest scoop possible of whatever I am getting. If they are only going to do half a scoop of meat, then get a smaller scoop so it doesn't look so obvious. The flavors are great but watching them put on half a scoop of meat is ridiculous. Also on a side note, someone hooked up Diet to the regular Coke at the fountain and when I told the guys behind the counter they just looked at me and said thanks for letting us know and did nothing about it. Later I saw a lady cleaning tables and told her and she went to check and fixed it. But she didn't bleed out the lines so the next 10 people were still going to get diet until it bled out. I tried to bleed some of it but didn't want to look like I was wasting their soda, so I switched to Rootbeer. She was nice though. But seriously, this location has to be the most stingy of all of the ones I have been to. You know there is a problem when most of the issues are about this. It is just close to the Safeway where I can charge my car. The better one is under Target on the other side of 405.

  Wouldn’t give me a normal portion had to ask like 3 Times to give me a normal portion after I asked for more rice she got the spoon and have me the smallest scoop I’m not asking for extra for free I’m asking for a normal portion size.

  Not the best Chipotle location. Still love the food, but this place was sub par. The burrito wrap job was a mess so he had to use another piece of foil to cover some of the stuff oozing out. It was a mess to eat. Also got a salad and they didn't give a fork or napkins and when I went to grab some napkins they were all out so I had to ask a worker who told me to ask a different worker. There was also garbage all over the counter, tha bathroom wasn't much better....

  I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle yesterday, Saturday, September 5th, at around 5:15 p.m. I went to eat with my two young children, and unfortunately, the asian woman who served us was extremely rude and disrespectful. I could not see her name tag, so I am unable to provide her name. I asked for a white sauce for my 4 year old’s bowl, but she added the red sauce instead. When I politely let her know that it was not what I had requested and asked for the white sauce, she immediately became visibly upset. She threw away the bowl and made a new one, but her attitude became even worse. She was clearly angry and rude throughout the interaction, spoke to me very disrespectfully, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It also seemed like she put noticeably less food in the new bowl. What made the experience even more upsetting was that I was there with my two children, a 4 year old who is very particular about what he eats and a 2 year old whom I was holding in my arms. Despite seeing that I was managing two small children, she showed absolutely no patience or kindness. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I was not upset about the sauce being added incorrectly. All I did was politely clarify that I had asked for a different sauce. There was no reason for me to be treated so poorly because of a simple mistake. Customer service should involve basic respect and professionalism. I left feeling embarrassed, uncomfortable, and disappointed. I truly hope management addresses how customers are treated, especially parents who are simply trying to order food for their children.
