I call them out on it and they say "I have to charge you for it." Well, duh. I'm asking for the FULL serving I paid for. Even after giving them a chance to hold themselves accountable and correct their mistake (by giving me more or just charging me one), they decide to have a stare down contest instead and keep repeating "I have to charge you for it." And all the girl on the line had to do was shake her head to the supervisor when the problem was explained for the supervisor to dismiss me and walk away. Like lady, take a look for yourself - or are you scared to know the truth so you can't take that chance? I get it when management wants to side with the staff so staff feels like managers "have their back", but it should always be balanced with customer care. If they don't want people recording them while they give us half portions, they need to hold themselves accountable.
